The reporting requirements in the UK differ from those in the USA. In the UK the names of holders of shares are reported in their share registers, as opposed to the USA where portfolio managers report their stock holdings on their 13F and N30D filings. In the UK many holders invest under nominee names making the task of discovering the identities of the underlying owners more complex.

Covering all the UK Public Limited Companies on the main LSE and AIM markets (some 2,200 stocks), we analyse each register on either a monthly or quarterly cycle and provide clear visibility of the real owners and interested parties who are investing under nominee accounts, typically for between 85-95% of the issued share capital.
